Buyers of Andamaya apartments can choose one of two types of registration:
- Leasehold (long-term lease) for 90 years. There are no restrictions on the use of the apartment, housing can be donated, inherited, resold, etc without any restrictions. In the case of resale, inheritance and donation of an apartment, the new owner will again have a full 90 years of a long-term lease. Leasehold registration fee is 1.5% of the property value.
- Freehold (full ownership). Registration of the apartment in full private ownership. Freehold clearance fee is 6.7%.
